announce the size limit increase for the signature! It's about damn time! I'm getting problem with fitting a lot of link and images with my signature limit. Signature is my only advertising space I can use to spread to the world of Gaia what I want them to know. *cough*

With the additional 200+ character limit we can add more than just text. I want more images with link.
And yeah I still need that tiny URL. I hope there are tiniest URL around because it's still too long for me. Does it also means longer url is permitted?
