When your body falters, and everything aches, keep walking. Whether it's uphill or down. Through rain or snow. Keep it as a mantra, repeat it to yourself. Keep walking. Keep walking. Pain will numb you after a while, so much so that feeling becomes difficult. Keep walking. When you do feel, it will come like a crushing wave. So powerful and overwhelming that you may feel like you will drown. You need to keep walking. Even if there is no destination, look ahead and keep walking. You will find something worth struggling through life for.
