Like, WOAH~ Everything's so new! It's nuts how different Gaia looks now, I felt the urge to talk about it. 3nodding Though I'm still getting used to things being in somewhat different areas than what they used to be, I love that there is finally a unified look and feel to the different parts of Gaia. There's still some polishing to be done, and I know that those who develop are still working hard on that and more eek New look, new feel, but not a new direction. Some of the people I've talked with in the past day have said they feel that we have changed what Gaia is and are redefining what Gaia should be for everyone. However it is quite the opposite. The community is so much more than "only" an Anime Roleplay community. There are many members who come to Gaia for reasons other than Anime or RP. Our goal is to find a better description for what Gaia is, what people can expect to do here. In finding a new definition, it does not mean we are "throwing out the old", merely expanding on what already is. 3nodding

	I do like the layout, and I feel that most other people who are complaining do as well. I think they only have problems with small parts. Some suggestions I would have would be. Less white, it seems to be giving quite a few people a headache. Enlarge the avatar to the right Put commas in the gold count. Pretty please. x3 It is rather small now and jumbles together. Change the fonts in guilds and PMs back to what they used to be. I personally miss the pink logo ;~; I love pretty much the rest of the entire layout. I think that the featured journal/profile/home was an awesome idea. I just hope they are updated every month xd . I also liked how you put the world map together and gave a little history on Isle De Gambino. And I must say that I love the little "stalk your friends" section on the first page. It seems quite a few of my friend shave been picking their nose rofl OMG, I just saw the new emotes, they seem to go along with a lot of people's reactions xd Would you like some Cheese with all that WHINE cheese_whine rofl Anyhoo, keep up the good work! Looking forward to meeting all the admins at Otakon ^_^

	I love the new layout. Two things I dislike about it are all the white "empty" space and not being over to hover over the tabs at the top so I don't have to go to the main page for each section. The second one would make navigation faster.

	Hello Dri heart , My first comment couldn't fit in here so I posted it in my thread. I understand why Gaia wants to attract new members and am all for it but please, don't throw away the anime logo. It's what Gaia is and should be, we should be proud that Gaia is or was an anime roleplaying site.

	The layouts change. That's going to happen regardless. Here's my issue: We represent ourselves with avatars. Please take those pictures of people off the front page. It's an eyesore. If they MUST stay, how about some eaqual representation. There are many many different types of people on this site. I really feel that it should be limited to avatars on that front page.

	For me, the only real problem is that there's a sea of white-inducing headaches. Since I have Firefox, I was able to download Stylish to get rid of the top images, and tektek Gaia Toolbar to manage without the flash drop-down list feature. For me, a more detailed background is all it needs. Anything that isn't white will do. However, I feel pity for those who do not have FF to get past their first two nit-picks with the site (at least one or the other, and for some both). Personally, I have used Gaia on four browsers because I didn't know why people were complaining about text size. On FF, Opera, and Safari, it was fine, but with IE, it wouldn't load up and froze on me. The default font seems fine to me, so I cannot honestly say I understand why people are acting like the text font is smaller. It might be smaller, but not enough for me to notice. I would also like to point out the irony that is the feedback forum. Lanzer and the rest of the site staff put up a feedback thread on the look, and yet you completely ignore the demand of the majority. It's like saying "In this thread you tell us what you think about the new look, and we blow you off! ^_^". It practically abolishes any significant meaning of receiving feedback. That would be like me saying "Give me comments on how to improve at something, and then I will ignore you advice. KEKEKEKEKE". It's almost as pointless as chasing birds in an open area. In the end, it comes off as a taunt, and most of us do not take kindly to taunts. If you think that we'll get used to it, then come back in a week and see if we are. If not, then wait another week. If we are all still raving mad, then odds are we are not going to get used to it, and if we do, we would only be biting our tongue until it bleeds, and we shouldn't have to succumb to that. I know that some of you are saying "we're keeping it. Deal with it", then fine. Keep it, but we won't just deal with it. We do not just deal with headaches and sore-eyes by sucking it up, but by painkillers, and darn it, why would anyone need to spend extra money on headache medicine just to enjoy the company of thousands? It's very unfair to the majority who dislike this look. It was great the way it was. I don't think by the time you change to the next layout in a couple of months, you'll have as many people loving this look than the last design and end up missing it when it's time comes. It will not grow on them just as the last one did.

	Gyahaha! Ai Leen finally posts! A new journal comment arrives! I personally like this layout a lot better too, and since I'm not a mod right now, nobody can question my motivations for saying that! xd It's a lot closer to my first love, the Gaia layout that was two versions ago....and yet at the same time it's able to produce a lot more fun information without seeming clogged or cluttered. That to me is really amazing.

	I agree, the only issue I have with the new profile is that you can not get back to the forum index in one click, other than that I agree it is the best so far (close to the second). Also, it is a well know fact people will b*h over a new layout no matter what it is, heck I bet people would b*h about air if GAIA provided it xd EDIT: w00t, the fixed my one issue xd

	Woo, tis the Dri with a journal update! I like it. I just found it hard to navigate at first, though the GAIA A to Z solved that pretty fast. Only complaints are the empty white space and the mini-avatar. It just seems to me that something was supposed to be placed there, but was forgotten or something.

	Hello Dri I highly respect the admin designers decision to change Gaia but why the sudden change in the profiles? I mean the little tabs that used to be on gaia showed us more options when the mosue went over it... But I see that the new little icons do that to but I kind of want the tabs over the profile but it is how you want or the admins want. You dont expect the whole Gaia Network to like it I mean we all just have to get used to it... Oh well Thanks Dri (Have a happy independence day!) rofl rofl rofl

	I totally agree! Yes, they should put commas for the amount of gold--even though I don't have 2 worry cuz I'm too poor! HAHAHAAAA, ppls! Well, the white space gets blinding, true. Those are all the main points I can think of, to cover. But no matter what we must accpet that Gaia is still a big, kinda ah-sum community!

	I'm not too...old to the site but I do agree with [Coffee]. It's WAY too white. It's like BAM!!! Everything is okay, but my gosh, it's so white!! Gives me a headache if I'm on Gaia too long. =/ I'd like a change.

	ummmmmmmm yeah gaia needs to bring back the "send to friendslist" button!!!! because it's really annoying and harder to talk to people! and if the chain letters are a problem then just ban the words: Send this to your friendslist or something like that! IDK it just SUCKS with out the button and a lot of people aren't going on gaia as much...you would think that it wouldn't effect much but if you really think about it...IT DOES...for the people that are on here mostly to chat. ^ ^'' just pointing something out.

	I have to agree with you about Gaia not being only an anime RP site anymore. I believe it has developed into an actual online society just like in the real world. It has an economy that fluctuates (item values increase and decrease) there are all sorts of different fads that come and go like the recent quest items. There are different classes like newbie’s automatically get no respect from more experienced gains (its unfortunate but true) and its even developed some of its own pastimes like bumping. Gains also have a slight internet accent that I have never seen before on any other forums. What you creators originally intended to be a little forum site to play pretend in has evolved into something much bigger and more complex. You should be very proud; you created a new civilization. 	Gaia has really come a long way since I first popped in on the Christmas-New Year transition in 2004. I still remember the little Holly bubble on top, and having people kiss each other. It was my first ever event, and the most fun I had. XD There's been the good, the bad, and the undecided these years that came to pass, and I'm honestly proud to have been here to see it all. ...yeah, I'm gonna poke the dead horse and bring up the Battle System again. -_-; Even when I joined, I saw the Go-Gaia banner with the promotional avatars for the Battle System, as time passed on, the art changed a little here and there, and the how it works seemed a little more different each revelation; I'm not sure what to expect, but I say that Gaia can take all the time they need to get it done, and done right.
