she went to a party
but she remebered what i said
i told her not to drink at all
so insted she had a sprite
she felt proud of herself
the way i said she would
that she didn't choose to drink and drive
i'm glad she made the right choice
the party finally ended kids got into there cars and left
she got into her car
sure to make it home in one piece
never knowing what was coming next
her eye's opend her head hurt laying on the pavment
in a pool of her own blood
a police man said the kid was drunk and hit this girl's car
his voice seemed far away
as she tryied not to cry
she heard the paramedices say this girl is going to die
she thought am i going to die
so why do people do it
knowing that it ruins lives?
but now the pain is unberriele to her
a voice in the distance
"no this can't be happening"
she looked up
and i looked at her
a smile went across her face
her breath's got shorter
I heard her say
as quite as a mouse
i love you and good-bye.
