I'm surprised at how little I've slept in this weekend, I actually woke up at 7 AM this morning! eek that means only about 7 hours of sleep for Leamony. xp
I think I'm FINALLY done with my christmas shopping. If I have to waste another evening running around and buying things, I will scream! gonk but this time it was for a good cause: Getting gifts for me mum. And the boys needed a girl with them. xd Someone to hold the frilly pink stuff and to go into Victoria's Secret to buy those scented soaps she loves. (wimps!) And someone who knows how to wrap the gifts. rolleyes
You know, I'm told that I'm a really good artist, but I don't really think it myself. confused The more I draw, the better I get. I improve quite alot with one picture. sweatdrop But the more I improve the more insecure I feel about my art. And then I look at something I drew, days later and only think 'Gee, I made alotta mistakes...' @.@ Then there's so much I can't do, such as CG my art. I have a terrible time with that. gonk I've tried so many things, but it all turns out looking like crap. I couldn't shade to save my life, folds are a no-go, differing face shapes, dance poses, heck, I can't even draw someone looking directly to the left!
... But I CAN draw someone in a relaxed pose, looking either right at me (I hate that), or looking off to the side a bit... I've recently overcome my problem with 'Big Head Syndrome', were the head would be too big for the body. O.o;; I am able to come up with interesting poses for my people, and I'm willing to put time into something...
*sigh* And now my kitten is in my pants drawer. What a day. =|
