gonk I nearly forgot that I signed up for an AP class next year. AP World History. I actually like history, but I've hated the way it's been taught to me over the years. Always dry and boring, but I'm hoping that taking a more in-depth class will be more interesting for me. If not, at least it will be a chance for me to learn more about the past of Eastern countries; Not just the same old stuff about America I've been taught all my life. I just received a letter today (from school A, let's say) about my homework assignment for the summer. I have to buy the textbook, which I have no problem with since I have done that many many times before. x3 There's also recommended reading, which I plan to buy and read during those long car rides to Montana. It's going to be rough on me, but I've always wanted to take a college-level course.
... But I'm a bit hesitant about just going out and buying those books now. While I'm enrolled in School A, I'm also enrolled in School B, and I'm going to School B. I was forcefully enrolled in A. So after a bunch of phone calls with counselors, I'm now also in B. But dsomehow, school A still thinks I'm with them. D: Which makes no sence, because the A-school counselors know me because of my brother's academics and many many meetings. So they should know, or at least remember, our little chat about where I'm going. x__x Gah, my brain.
Either way, I'm excited about taking a tough class. There's supposed to be less homework that I have to turn in, and more tests and quizes. Which fits me like a glove. :D I usually score high on tests, but rarely turn in my homework. xD Yey~ Academic acheivements.
Which reminds me, I have summer homework for my Acheive class next year. >__> Bah humbug.
Also! Not school related! I'm having a lot of moodswings, really bad and strong ones. x3 I know why, but I think it's kinda fun. Because one moment I'm be pissed at the world, and snapping at everyone. B:< Then I get all depressed because I was mean, and hide in my corner. D; But then someone starts playing upbeat music, and I'm just all "I LOVE THE WORLD. C:" And then the five minute break between classes is over. whee So I'm taking myself for a wild ride, experiencing really high highs, and really low lows in a short period of time.
