Aie... Just when I think people are starting to learn, I find somebody complaining about how such-&-such Gaia policy violates the First Ammendment, or how whatever would never become a policy because it violates free speech.
We do not have free speech on Gaia. Whether you bloody read them or not, the TOS state that you are only allowed to go so far with your statements. You cannot display, relay, or provide access to certain materials. You are not allowed to make certain statements.
By agreeing to the TOS, you have effectively signed away your freedom of speech.
