Like the wolf's song,always heard in vallies old
His songs of lonliness,sorrow,and pain,
I sing the songs of tales untold
And listen for response in the forest rains.
Like the hawk's song,that echoes on mountains high
Who always stand in silent mourning,
I long to fly through moonlit skies
And live to see the sunless morning.
(my English 1 teacher liked that one)
Praise the Lord for sun and rain
Praise the Lord for yin and yang
Praise the Lord for weakness and might
Praise the Lord for day and night
He who forged the earth from clay
And taught our children how to play
He who made the endless sky
And gave all birds wings to fly
Praise the Lord for peace and love
He who lives in the heavens above
For the ends of wars
For legends and lores
Praise the Lord for a world we adore
and my own personal quote: "Life is what you make it, not what you fake it."
so....yeah.
