	Order Form!! Here's a basic run down of how the order form should be done. First, copy and paste the questions to, "add comment". Then, place an -x- in the [ ] brackets next to the things you -want-. Leave the brackets empty, otherwise. Some of the questions will not have the brackets, and those will have a line provided for you to answer on instead. I also would appreciate it if you would not put smartass replies.
