After a few years of being a pastry chef..
I'm thinking that I'm going to go to Washtenaw..
And be a wedding cake designer/decorater.
I'll make MUCH more money doing that..
Plus the fun.
Oh..have you seen the competitive
wedding cake show on food network?
This chefs build cakes..that dont even look like cakes
...they look like giant jack in the boxes..and like giant toys.
I want to do that.
Oh the fun I'll have.
