Everything thing she does, be it her mannerisms or the way she speaks, is very casual. She doesn't like to speak to people in a really formal manner so she often will call them by their first name or a nickname regardless of position or rank.

She can get side-tracked on a mission if she sees something she thinks would be a lot of fun. Would much rather do something she enjoys then do anything else and will push off those unwanted tasks as long as she can for push them onto someone else.
