A Lone Soldier
I feel lonely, oh so lonely.
A heart that stands alone is sad.
still sitting in the shade he waits,
waits for the one who he has guided
through so many hardships and wars
But now the forgotten warrior is
the one who needs a guiding light.
Where is my baby, where is my love,
he says as he bleeds on the battlefield.
I want go home, I want see her again.
He struggles up and walks onwards,
The battlefield is long, but his love is longer.
I will make it home, I will see her again.
Body weak and spirit drained the white creeps
upon his lowly mind.
Babe, help me. Falling to the ground the
lonely warrior see's his love once more,
before passing from this life to the next.
Love found, love lost, taken by the sword.

As the warrior falls to the ground
he is picked up
warm safe back into her hands
panicking and out of breath
she tries desprietly to call out to him
Babe...BABE! dont leave me
with out you im nothing anymore
i still remember those words..
that kept me alive searching for you...
Im here now...what matters...
come back to me
im your light
no longer in the dark..
im here
tring to find cover
she leans up against a tree nearby
she kisses his forehead

tears fill her eyes and she gets desprite

BE STRONG she yells
with out you...i cant keep those words alive in my heart
not two halves...but...a whole
your my other half but you will always make me whole

we were going to be..happy

she cries holding him rocking back and forth
wake up..im here

she starts to cry more and continues rocking
wake up..WAKE UP...
she closes her eyes and tears continue to fall
faces him and kisses his lips ever so softly
your my light too you know....
ill be in the dark again....
all alone...
talk to me....please....
i promise my love will heal you...

*whispers* wake up...
kisses his lips once more and falls asleep holding him close
