So I'm back at home. Short-lived employment.
Basically I wasn't happy with my duties. I was spending more time tending to random barn duties and hard labor than interacting with the horses. And when I was able to, I was so high-strung having to be one step ahead of them or I'd seriously get hurt.
Wasn't for me. Plus, it was so far away. The pay was s**t and I wasn't enjoying it, so I quit.
My hiatus is still pending because I'm desperately looking for a vet job back here. I'll be around again as always but until I get a steady job, my responsibilities here on Gaia come second.
