I was at a dinner party and one of my friends ordered it since it was her 21st birthday. I took a sip of it just to see what it tasted like. (It tastes like the inside of an orange peel, BTW.) That one taste got me tipsy. Holy st. I've never been drunk or tipsy or buzzed before that. I've finished drinks, but they were mild so they never had any real effect on me. I knew Long Islands were strong, but not so strong that they take effect on the first sip! I gave Robert a good scare.
