The user exhales a giant cloud of green poison gas into the area, it slowly starts to eat the victim away, causing skin necrosis upon contact, staying in the storm for 5 posts, eats away an entire limb, while escaping it before the 5rd post, leaves extreme necrosis that needs treatment. {C-Rank}
--Necro Impalement
The user raises his/her arm, fire his/her fingers that expand and impale into the victim, causing inner necrosis that will start eating away the victim from the inside. Each post, necrosis gets worse, once it reaches 5, the victim begins to rot from the inside causing the victim to lose an organ if not treated.

Personality:
A quiet, almost melancholy demeanor. Very defeatist, not very strong willed.
Background:
Grew up in a family of very talented and rich merchants from a far-off country, he ran off of a boat one night while docked in the Shinobi Lands in order to escape the cruel nature of his relatives.
After being assaulted at the Cloud village once and finding other villages overrun by the UAF, Kabir finally made his way back into the Cloud village, only to find himself confused and threatened by a Doton/Lava user during the aftermath of the first UAF encounter.
Finally having found a building to occupy that seemed as if it wouldn't be overrun by cannibals, Kabir made his way to yet another village that might not be filled with nutcases like the rest. Once there, however, he mistakenly was identified as a kind of terrorist due to his walking into places where he would not have gone had he been able to read the prevalent language of the village. The 'Stay Out' signs were unintelligible to him.
Later, Kabir joined Kusagakure and participated in the Chuunin exams, which he passed (although only because his community didn't starve!).
