As a note to myself, I'm posting my rules to my Diamond Nuzlocke.
Game rules:
1. Only catch the first encounter of an area. Failing to catch it means I can't catch a pokémon in that area at all.
1a. 3 dupes clause: If the first encounter is a pokémon I have (owned) 3 of, I can't catch it and I get only 2 chances to find something I don't have 3 of. Includes evo's and prevo's.
1b. Shiny clause: I'm allowed to catch shinies.
1c. Legendaries aren't allowed to be caught.
2. When a pokémon faints, it's dead and will be permaboxed as soon as possible.
3. All pokémon will be named following an alphabet pattern. After the 26th pokémon the alphabet will be repeated.
4. Eggs are allowed, except for daycare eggs.
Comic rules:
1. No 4th wall breaking.
2. Baby pokémon and pokémon without mouths can't talk.
3. More than 6 pokémon belonging to the protag can be together in the pokémon center.
4. Of every caught/obtained/hatched pokémon, must be shown where they joined the team.
