Personality: Hibiki is the type that is often getting into trouble. It’s not so much that he seeks it out, it just tends to find him. He hates to see people suffer and thus he often takes it upon himself to make them smile. Sometimes he goes far beyond what he has to achieve that. He’s protective of his loved ones and has a strong sense of loyalty.
History:Hibiki and Tamaki’s parents were both born and raised in Kirigakure. They grew up with each other and were eventually brought together out of an arranged marriage, although from looking at them you would never know it. The twins were born about a year and a half after their union.
Their academy years came and went. Hibiki graduated from the academy with average marks, and a blooming social life. After graduating the academy he placed into a three man cell comprised of Tamaki, Kana Maeda, and himself under the guidance of Mamoru Ikeda. The three of them grew closer over the years and Hibiki adopted an older brother attitude towards Kana. Two years down the line, hundreds of lectures later, and a lot of training the chuunin exams came around. His first few rounds came and went and the later of his matches proved to be difficult. Due to a lucky final blow he survived the exams and along with his brother and Kana made it through.
Now that classes and the chuunin exams are over, life has been fairly easy. Nothing like going out on a few missions here and there, getting into a little mischief, and living life to it’s fullest. Sure he still has to listen to a few lectures from Kana, Tamaki, and Mamoru but for the most part it’s bearable.

Bunshin no Jutsu - A jutsu that creates an illusionary clone of the user, in numbers of 1 or more. The Clone disappears after being struck with an attack, and can deal no damage.
Henge no Jutsu - An illusionary jutsu that gives the user the appearance of another person or object.
+Ninjutsu
Kirigakure no Jutsu - Causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog.
Hidden Mist Eye Sight Deprevation - Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent temporarily as long as the opponent is in the mist.
Note: Must have already used hidden mist jutsu
Mugen Sajin Daitoppa - Inhale a large amount of air into the chest cavity. He can then exhale the air in a large gust capable of turning back an incoming attack.
Suiton: Mizu Kuri No Yaiba - A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.
Suiton: Taihoudan - Water Style: Water Gun - A strong water wave spit from the mouth that is more compressed than Chaos Water Wave and can carve the earth if used on the same area multiply times.
