Idea #3: Avatar: The Storm Bender The Storm bender is the re-incarnation of a failed Avatar. She/he can use Wind well, but can only do minor things with the other elements (Making it rain and moving clouds, earthquakes, and wildfires and lightning strikes) A journey kind of things.
