I've come to realize it's pretty hard to be happy in terms of loneliness. On the one hand I've never had many friends so I'm used to being alone. This makes me pretty lonely. On the other hand when I actually am spending time with people I often get this feeling like I'd rather just be alone. There are some people I get along with really well and I can spend a few hours with them, but generally I don't like being around most people in person. That's just how it goes though.
