Today was kinda crazy. I went to school and I'm supposed to have help with my homework for an hour, and then I have a break for an hour and then class. But the teacher that does the homework with me was out sick of something, so I went there early for nothing. I could have stayed home. gonk Kind of sucks because I was tired and starting to fall asleep and had to force myself awake again before I left. But it's cool that I went because I actually met someone. I had two hours to kill so I went and got a bag of chips and sat at a table with my computer to get online until I had to go to class. I usually do this for the hour in between homework and class anyways. I get online and everything is fine, Kaz is still at class so I leave him a message and then my computer just dies. Out of nowhere. I can't stand it when things like that happen. My computer will be fine up until then and then it just does something stupid for no reason. So I'm trying to get it to work and the people at the table next to me are kind of loud and have music and stuff on but it doesn't bother me, it's a lunch room and all but one of the guys at the table came and apologized to me for them being so loud. He was afraid I was trying to study or something, I told him I was just playing around on my computer but that it stopped working for no reason. Luckily he knew stuff about computers since he took classes in highschool, so he looked at it and was able to fix it. He also showed me how to fix the brightness on my screen, this was something that had been driving me crazy, that when the computer is on battery power, the screen is really dim and hard to see. So I'm glad that can be fixed. I'd actually asked Kaz if there was a way to do that and he didn't think there was, I'll have to tell him how to do it now. But he also showed me where I could plug my computer in. I'd been annoyed that I couldn't find any outlets in the lunchroom, it was because they were on the floor under some of the tables so I hadn't seen them. There was one under the table where he and his friends were sitting so we plugged it in there. The only thing was that after the computer was fixed, we couldn't get it to go online. I dunno why. I think wireless stuff is really screwy. I've never had the problem at school until today but I've had this problem at home. I guess I'll see if it will go online next week. Anyway at least I had someone to talk to so it wasn't a big deal I couldn't get online. I texted Kaz anyways. So me and this guy talked for a while while trying to get the computer to work. He said his name is Austin and we just talked about stuff, movies and games and how he got hurt snowboarding. He knew about Gaia too, but said he doesn't go on it because it's too cutesy. XD We exchanged phone numbers and email addresses and then he had to go to class. So then after that I went to the library since there was nothing to do and my computer couldn't go online. I hate using the library because I figure someone might need to actually use a computer to do work so I like using my own, but I figured I would only be there for a short time before class. So I got on and checked a few PMs and threads on Gaia, and IMed Kaz for a little bit, then went to boring class, continued to text Kaz some, nearly fell asleep, and had to go and take the stupid math test. At first it seemed really easy except the word problems which were hard but since it's multiple choice I could take each answer and see if it worked in the problem, instead of working the problem out the other way... Yeah so I think that made it easier even though I don't think that's how they would want you to do it. Kaz had to go to his test as soon as I finished mine. That sucked. So I came home, pretty late, that test seemed to take forever. Man Thursdays are just eaten up by school now, but at least today was actually hanging out and talking to people instead of all work. Kaz is playing Guild Wars now, I guess he finally wants me to get on so I'll end this crazy long entry.
