so.
I have a job.
It fell into my lap.
Just like my mom said it wouldn't. rofl

So this morning my dad woke me up and he was like "hey you have a call from um, Justine?" which made me make my eek face, because well, she's this amazing artist in my AP class and also drop dead gorgeous. consequently i've been crushing on her since the 7th grade. so that in itself was just O_O.

and she's like "hay do you know html?"
and i'm like "uh yeah :>"
and she's like "do you want a job?"
and i'm like "yesplzkthx!"

.. and yeah. she works at this little fashion boutique thingy called Next Door, about 30mins from where i live (right near school). and they have a website, but it needs to be fixed up a bit and stuff.. the guy who used to do it is the lady's stepson, but he's been misbehaving so.. i guess she wanted someone new. and so she asked justine, and justine called this nerdy guy at school and asked him and he was like "um no" and so she asked him if he knew anyone and... he referred me. mrgreen scads of thanks to him. and justine. biggrin

and i might get to do some graphic design later, too! biggrin so awesome.

i mean, this might end up being a temporary thing, but for the time being she said i can keep track of my hours and work from home and just.. do stuff. yeah. task for tonight is looking at transfering their site from crappycrapservice2.0 to crappycrapservice3.0. and i'm going back in tomorrow.

and she has 3 puppies and they're the cutest ever. heart
