The Best Birthday Ever!
EvilAuthor was so excited. It was her birthday, and most importantly, it was on Friday the 13th. She was VERY sure that this was gonna be the best birthday ever!
She carefully huggled the deluxe bouquet that she received from "Mama" N-finite the day before--25 White Daisies with Purple wrapping and a golden ribbon. She loves purple as a great color, and the gold reminded her of her ultimate and life-long quest for the most sacred item in all of Gaia:
The Halo.
"Wouldn't it be nice if I get my Halo today, Doyle?" She asked the white Kiki Kitty plushie on her head.
"Fat chance!" Evil "heard" the plushie say. "The only way you're going to get a Halo is if either Chi Ten decides to leave Gaia and is giving away stuff, or Gino actually gets one for you!"
Evil giggled. "That would be nice of Gino to do that!"
stare "I was being sarcastic, silly woman."
"Oh, hush, Doyle! Don't spoil my day!"
A Roro Robot Puppy slowly walked into the room, carefully balancing the tray on his back. "Breakfast for Mommy!" The Roro declared.
"Awwwwwww, thanks, Kento!" heart Evil put the tray on her bed, then knelt and hugged Kento. "Good boy!"
"Love! Love! Kento is loved!" heart
Evil then devoured the breakfast in record time, then picked up her Coco Kitty. "Come along, everyone! Let's go and join the party!" She waltzed out of her room, Kento following as fast as his little robo-legs could. Evil stopped halfway down the stairs, though, when she saw that it was totally dark.
"Eh? What's going on?"
Then, a soft, golden light appeared--a soft, golden, circular light that was held in the hands of a certain blonde man...
eek "C-could this be..." Entranced, Evil walked up to the young man known as Gino Gambino.
Gino smiled. "Happy Birthday, EvilAuthor. I found this among Father's old things, and, well, since you've been saving up for one for quite some time, I'd like you to have it."
Blue eyes grew misty with joyous tears. "Gino...I...it's so...beautiful!" With the care one would give to a holy relic, or an ancient artifact, Evil carefully took the golden light and put it upon her head. It hovered just a few inches above her noggin, thus proving to one and all that it was a real, genuine Halo.
"Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! Thankyouthankyouthankyou!!!" Evil gave Gino a big bear hug, nearly squishing the poor boy's ribs.
"Erk! Y-you're welcome!"
Laughter spread throughout the darkness.
"You might wanna let him breathe, Evil!" A mature, female voice pointed out in a soft, barely noticable Southern US accent.
"Ah--sorry!" sweatdrop Evil let go and chuckled nervously as Gino breathed deeply again.
Laughter ensued again, and there was much cheering all around as the lights came back on--and as Chi Ten took off the wrapping on his own Halo.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY, EVILAUTHOR!!!" The Harem chorused with good cheer and general happiness.
"Miss Momo is so happy that Miss Evil finally has her Halo," Little Miss Momo stated with a serene smile.
"Yeah, and she didn't even have to pay for it, too," N-finite, who spoke earlier, joked as she started to set up the big birthday buffet.
KidTijid stopped halfway in helping "Mama" N-finite. "But...isn't today Friday the 13th?"
"Yep! My lucky birthday!" Evil crooned. heart She huggled her Halo, so happy that her wish had finally come true.
