Near the bottom of the sea, 35,000 feet below sea level, in an area colder than ice, lives Spoot. Spoot is an octopus Opisthoteuthis agsizii who floats around in the bottom of the ocean. He enjoys his life just floating around though. His life is liveing off of cells. Spoot was floating around minding his own business when Deepstaria engiwatic (Dorris). She came up behind Spoot and slowly opened her mouth.
Spoot felt anonimous feeling, like a shadow was looming behind him. And he- wait... Something WAS looming behind him. Befor Spoot could dart away, Dorris snapped its mouth shut around Spoot.
"What is this translucent, blue thing?" Spoot wondered. " I think that I will call it Dorris," Spoot stated. Then a submersible came up behind them, and Dorris was still hungry so it went up to the submersible to try and eat it. Doris went for the eye(window), well tried to eat it, but in the process she did not expect it to be So hard, it hit it so it got dizzy. Didn't realize that her mouth was open and Spoot escaped, like "woosh." "G'bai, Dorris," Spoot said, waveing.
Dorris waved a tentacle, seamingly in response. So kiddies thats the story of Spoot. (If you don't belive me, go sit in the botton of the ocean yourself. Then we'll see who's laughing.)
