Appearance: Nemorth is a strapping bronze dragonet who will most likely grow to be a humongous example of a Bronze, hitting on the high side of a Bronze’s length. His wings, even just out of the egg, are wide, suggesting his size and a capability for speed and stamina during flight, although his maneuverability may suffer a bit because of that same width. Across his wings and stretching down his back from the top of his head are jagged slashes of lighter color that ride along his spine or occasionally break off over his sides. Currently, they don’t stand out much except in bright light or when the person is in close proximity to him. When he gets older though, Nemorth’s hide will eventually show those slashes more prominently as his main hide darkens a bit and the slashes stay their same pale bronze tone. Covering his whole chest starting from the bottom of his neck and filtering out about mid-body is a large patch of dark bronze that seems less metallic than the rest of his otherwise bright and glimmering hide.

Personality: As a young dragon Nemorth is more interested in spending time with his rider than with other dragons, but he has a bright outlook on everything and enjoys life and the adventures of Weyrlings as much as any other Hatchling. The older he grows, however, the more that outlook seems to fade as Nemorth realizes that he has very few dragon friends due to his initial infatuation with spending all of his time with [RIDER]. Something like despair occasionally overtakes the Bronze, but he's strong enough not to let it show, sometimes going so far as to try to hide it from his rider. These blockades Nemorth has set up around himself often give him the outward appearance of being stoic and stand-offish, only making matters worse. When he gets older Nemorth will be a great Wingrider, if for no other reason than he loves adventure and to be in the air, far from everyone, where he can clear his thoughts and just enjoy [RIDER]'s company.

Nemorth doesn't necessarily cling to [RIDER], but he's happier when the majority of [RIDER]'s attention is being paid to him instead of everyone else. In a way he feels like his rider is the only one who can really see what's at the heart of his dragon, and that just because no one else can have that bond with him means the relationships are superfluous. He loves going off on adventures with his rider, scouting out new beaches and hunting down felines for their pelts when it's necessary, and encourages his rider-- sometimes forcefully-- to make as many friends as possible, provided it doesn't interfere with his time with Nemorth. Nemorth often has [RIDER]'s best interests at heart more than he does his own.

Fighting Thread with his Wing may be the one way Nemorth can overcome the boundaries he's set up for himself and begin forming attachments to a few other dragons. He'll be a great asset to his wing, a strong flier and quick to notice trouble in the air if Thread falls out of pattern or slips through, and despite his track record with friendships he'll find it equally natural to cast out directions like a leader or work within the team. Nemorth, despite his coloring, doesn't generally like Flights, since he prefers to be something of a loner. He can interact with dragons, and even participate in Flights every now and again, but for the most part he would consider a Flight more pertinent if he already had an attachment to the dragon Rising. And that alone will be difficult.

Appearance: Rath's hide is an odd mix of deep, shadowed green for the most part, but it contrasts sharply with her pale mint green, almost white, wings and markings. The pale color forms tear-like shapes under her eyes-- two under her left eye and three under her right-- stretches fully across her wings, and forms a sunburst-esque pattern directly between her wings that stretches slightly past the base of her wings, as if the sunburst were the cause for her wings' coloring. She'll be a small Green, but her striking hide and her strangely captivating presence will more than make up for that.

Personality: Even as a youth Rath is a secretive Green with a tendency to present a face to the world that is very different from who she actually is. When playing with other young dragons-- or in her talks with older ones-- she's likely to pretend innocent goodwill and deep in her mind be laughing at them for their foolishness. As an adult she'd rather flirt with a dragon and keep an air of mystery to her than make any lasting attachment. Or, if the dragon is younger, she'll treat him or her as a less intelligent creature, asking vague or confusing questions just to talk circles around them. Part of it is that she can be as arrogant as a Gold-- believing that none of the males are really worth her time, and most of the young aren't bright enough to show promise yet-- but part is that she's naturally a private dragon. However, she has more disdain for those who do take her at face-value-- which is almost everyone-- than pleasure with herself.

This doesn't mean Rath isn't compassionate, and she has soft spot for human children, felines, and fluwhirs, though she strongly dislikes canines and flits. To her, both canines and firelizards are too stupid and openly affectionate and goodwilled for her tastes. Felines and Fluwhirs on the other hand she can appreciate for their aloof behavior, hunting skill (in wild and tamed versions), and quiet, secretive manners. Her like of human children is odd to her, and one of the things she occassionally tries to puzzle out, since they're rarely any smarter than a dragon child. For some reason, she just likes them.

Even if [RIDER] doesn't approve, Rath can't help who she is, although she's as honest and open with her rider as she can be. Their bond makes it impossible to do anything else, doesn't it? Rath cares for [RIDER] and although she may smile at those [RIDER] likes, she always feels that she and her rider are better than them, if only because everyone else isn't nearly as clever.

In Flights Rath is a daredevil, choosing to shoot far ahead of her suitors and do crazy things to challenge the ones who want to have her, seeing who among them is brave enough to follow her lust for danger. Those who are capable of keeping up with her antics will finally receive a second look from her, and possibly her acceptance, though rarely her admiration. She tends to like Bronzes and the more daring Two-Tones more than any of the male colors, because of their tendency towards strength and risk-taking. She's not too fond of Shadows, however, as they tend to be even more crafty than she is, and not in the fun way Rath enjoys either.
