Hair color ⋗ Stark white. Natural, but it looks like it's fake.
Texture ⋗ Thick, straight, 'fluffy'. Shorter hair has the tendency to go wherever it wants, usually sticking out or standing straight up.
Length ⋗ Slightly longer than jaw-length bangs. The back is about three finger widths in length.
Style ⋗ A kindasorta emo/scene type style, long in the front and layered in the back. All left to take its natural course of messiness. Jaw-length bangs brushed mostly to the right, but some still hangs to the left.
Face: ⋗ Not a square chin by any description. Soft cheekbones. Nose has a shallow bridge. Almond eyes with dark lashes.
Expressions ⋗ He's usually got a mischievous, cocky smile, but sometimes he reigns it in to an arrogant smirk. Sometimes you just want to slap that grin off his face.
Eyes: ⋗ Bright leafy green with black rings around the edge of the iris
General clothing style:⋗ Prefers his clothes on the unique side. He's not so much into what 'people' are wearing, but what he likes. He tends toward black, white, and bold colors, usually not browns or faded colors.
Shirts/tops ⋗ T-shirts are the norm, usually graphic Ts. To see him walking around with some unintelligible Cyrillic letters, random Eqypt-esque symbols, or the name of a band nobody's ever heard of isn't uncommon. When asked about it, he's more than willing to pull a story out--
Pants/bottoms ⋗ Cargo pants and low rise, slightly baggy jeans above pretty much everything else. Tight pants, in his opinion, are uncomfortable wastes of time.
Shoes ⋗ Skate sneakers, black with red lining and accents. He's not big into names, so don't bother asking.
Other ⋗ Tobias is always wearing ear plugs, except for when he sleeps. And the chunky black headphones he always has around his neck or over his ears? There's no cord. They're earmuffs. They look gigantic when they're hanging around his neck, but buried in all that hair, they're not nearly so huge.
Personality ⋗
- A mix of joker and slacker, Tobias doesn't take much seriously. Even his competitive streak is coated in humor. It's to the point where his nearly constant stream of wisecracks makes it hard to figure out who he actually is beneath all those jokes. Would you like to know who he is? Well, do you really want to know? Who knows, he could secretly be a lonely person who isn't too keen on making friendships because he's been burned in the past. Maybe he thinks nobody will like who he really is. Maybe under all that bravado, he's just the loser who needs to wear earplugs all the time.
...Of course, that's all wrong. He's Tobias, and there's nothing that can shake him. But... Somewhere in there, beneath the joker and the slacker and the 'see you later'er, there's something not quite right about him. That easy smile that isn't shaken, even when staring down death or dooming others to it.

- ⋗ Heightened Aural Perception - Put simply, Tobias has good hearing. He can can pick up on frequencies higher and lower than a normal human, as well as perceive such low volumes that most people would hear nothing but silence.
⋗ Manipulation - Can alter or mute a sound. It's a tricky business when sound travels faster than most humans can even perceive a sound in the first place, never mind mess with it.
⋗ Synthesis - If Tobias has heard a sound before, he can reproduce it. If he hasn't heard it, he can still try, but it'll sound off to those who know the sound well. It's a fancy trick, especially when you find something boring and know just how to make it more interesting.
Weaknesses ⋗
- ⋗ Sensitive hearing - Average is loud for Tobias. Noises that are loud to normal people are nearly deafening to the kid. Nearly deafening... You get the point.
Voice ⋗ A smooth, easy voice. There's a trace of absolute sureness to it, like he knows something that you don't. Not monotonous in the least, but stays about the same despite the situation.
Handwriting ⋗ Quick letters that may or may not have the right proportions: i's look like short t's crossed too high, and r's and n's are nearly identical.
Orientation ⋗ Straight, heterosexual, whatever you want to call it. He likes chicks.
