So I decided to memorialize the two little fuzzies I've lost in the past eight months, in the most personal and permanent way I know how. Got myself inked again. Woo woo.
Not entirely evident from the picture, but it's on the outside of my left hip, paws moving upwards.

I'm taking it that you mean two tat-session/appointments, because clearly the paws are seperate tats, thus making the total three. [/nazi-ism]

Druki, they're a cohesive and complementary unit, hence one tat in my mind. ;P
You could argue that it's actually 10 tats, using your logic, since the pads are not connected to each other.

My neighbor lost a fuzzy just a few days ago...it was a doggy....and an old one too.....he was a 12year old Husky, one night while Frank (the big tough 32year old man who never cries) was out on a business trip, Cheif (the dog) had a seizure and was left paralyzed and blind........they put him down at 10pm that night. When Frank got home....he cried for hours.....the thing I've never seen him do...but your fuzzy suffered so much.......because of a heart clog......I guess a tattoo is a nice to remember them. I should mention that to my neighbor......
Much love Sammy

That's a very sweet thing for you to do.
Actually made me a little teary. I just lost my cat Sarah earlier this month, so I know the kind of heartbreak it is. I'm not brave enough around needles, but I've opted to plant a tree for her with my mom.
I had her since I was 5 (I'm 21 now) and she was always adorably fat for a cat. The last 6 months she was in steady decline and became so small. It's actually still hard on me to type about this, heh. :/ Hit me hard, but I always knew it would.
Well, anyways, I wanted to extend some support and sympathy for your loss. The tattoo is cute.
