- I am smart, I swear. I just .. have a lot on my mind most of the time, so I don't pay much attention to the real world sometimes. I am also pretty calm. It takes a LOT to get me upset, and it takes even more than that to make me confrontational.

- I've lived on the same island, in the same house for my whole life. I've gone to school with the same people from kindergarten to my senior year. My dad is a fisherman, and I've been helping him since I could use the pulleys. I was always the easy kid to manage. The good one. Not like my older sister. She moved away to the mainland as soon as she graduated to go to college while I was still in middle school. Last summer, she brought me out for a visit, and I kinda absorbed more of the culture than I intended to. I came back with much more expensive clothes, and the tiniest vain streak. Mostly though, I'm the same old Zacker.
