I'm far away from you,
yet closer than you think.
It's funny how you drew
me into your arms.
We had only just met,
just friends, acquaintances...
and yet we talked and talked
till we became something more.
We talked and laughed and smiled
and giggled. I thank God for you
everyday and wonder how I'd
be here if it weren't for you.
