stressedDamn.. yesterday i found out what i'm going to be doing in my first meet on Tuesday.
At first, my sister was told that she was going to do the mile and i started laughing at her and stuff. Turns out the coach who was telling us couldn't tell me and my sister apart or somethin' and she was like "oh wait! No, kaite's doin' the mile. Erin you're doin' the 4 by 8 relay and the 800. sorry." I sware, i felt my heart stop. Erin grinned at me and I just about screamed. lol. And a senoir who've i known since i was like 8, since she baby sat us a couple of times, was like "yeah!! I get to run with the twins! Katie in the mile and Erin in the 800!!" .... oh well.. can't change it so there is no point in even worrying about it. I run about 2-3 miles a day at practice, so it should be pretty easy. lol.
Today, we had time trials at 12 since it was an early out and all. Let's see, it was cold, alittle windy and I felt sick... uhm.. good combo. The distance people, that's me, had to run a 800. Which really isn't that bad, but it was just so damn cold! I wore my under armor for the first time today and it actually kept me pretty warm.lol. I'm not to sure what my time was, but i'm thinking it was 3 somethin', which is pretty good for a person who didn't run since june before track started. lol.
Now after running I've been coughing so much. I think i caught somethin' today, along with two other distance runners. lol.
anyway.. that's it..
