Lose Weight for Cosplay Journal

WTL: I would like to lose around 30 to 40 lbs if possible, but all-in-all lose some of the flab and get a bit more fit.
Cosplay Goal: Still unsure of what to cosplay as. Thinking about Hikaru (Magic Knight Rayearth), Dohwa (King of Hell), or Princess Zelda,
Other Goals:
Just get in shape and being more confident in my body (though I am quite happy with it now)

Pre-Challenge #3 - Take some notes! A tangible journal or an online blog or just a notepad on your computer. Write down your current fitness level, what you're able to achieve. Now write down five goals. Beneath each goal, tell us what you're going to do to achieve that goal. If they aren't too embarrassing, share them in the thread! They're sure to inspire other challengers. Follow it all up with roughly a paragraph of why you want to do this. Re-read this paragraph every day for the next 12 weeks!

Pre-Challenge #2 - Take your measurements! Do your bust, waist, hips, bicep & thigh. You don't have to share the measurements with us, but feel free! At the end of the 12 weeks when you check your measurements again, you'll be amazed how much you've shrunk! You can share the final numbers with us at that point, or show us in the form of waist: -2in

Pre-Challenge #1 - Take a full body picture of yourself! You don't have to show it to us (but you should!) but you do have to take it and keep it. Keep the first non-blurry full-body shot you get. Trust me, it will be your favorite thing you've done once these 12 weeks are up!

Goal #1: Fit into size 10-12 jeans
-Work on thighs (thunder thighs sad )

Goal #2: Fit into medium shirts comfortably again
-Lose some stomach fat

Goal #3: Lengthen jogging time
-exercise for longer times (asthma)

Goal #4: Lift 30-40lbs in arms (dead weight)
- Just to say I can

Goal #5: Lose arm flab
-Work out arms more
