I just can't understand...

Should have offered you my hand.

Fourteen years ago, you came my way.

Now I don't know what to say.

It seems like not long ago,

We were eight years old.

We would take walks,

And draw on the street with our chalk.

We used to be the best of friends,

Thought you'd be there 'till the end.

Now you're gone, and I can't fathom why.

All I can do is sit here and cry.

Life without you seems so bland...
