Recently I created an OC for myself. Her name is Echo the Time Lord, and she is from Gallifrey. More on her in my profile. 3nodding
A Time Seeker is used as a tracking device for anything you set it to track, mainly humanoids. It can be disguised as whatever you want it to be, much the same way as a perception filter can. It has 25 hands and is fed on Huon Energy, just like a TARDIS. It can be used for teleportation if callibrated properly, but is hard to do this and takes a lot of the energy of the Time Lord opperating it.
