So my car broke down. Woohoo. Hauled it off to my mechanic and he was absolutely rude about it for whatever reason. eek Way to get business. lol. But he's just about the only mechanic in town really. So I guess I don't have much choice. But he couldn't find anything wrong with it and it started up just fine apparently. But it wasn't an issue of not starting. It was an issue of turning itself off WHILE I'm driving. eek O.o Terrifying. lol. But the best part about all this is that I've been stuck at my boyfriend's house. biggrin I have to go home tomorrow though. But. Lucky me. For my birthday party. So I get to go home to the people who care about me. And if I'm lucky. My foster siblings will all be gone. lol. I'm finally turning 17. The day after tomorrow I'm going to be 17. It seems that it takes forever to get to my birthday, but then when it's about a month or two away I realize time has passed so quickly and that my changing of age isn't really important. Though I guess I am one year closer to 18. Just one more year and I'm free to go wherever I want. ^^ And get a good job. No more of that under the table CRAP. lol. And mom's been so cooperative about my birthday. Her getting me a cake was shocking all in itself, but she also got me the stuff to make everyone pasta! She even offered to make it. xd But me and my man are gonna do it, and he's gonna teach me how, because I can't cook and he makes amazing pasta. lol. biggrin So yay. Hopefully this weekend will go wonderfully. ^^
