Personality: Skyler is very childish. He can be hyper and jumpy, and very playful. Although sometimes he can play too roughly... He's easily offended, which is in stark contrast to his "I don't care what people think about me." General attitude... He claims to never regret anything he does, and that's probably just about true. Sky is also prone to pouting and whining when the need arises. Ina fight, he'd act arrogant and self-assured.

Clothing: He's wearing one of those tight T-shirts with short sleeves. The bottom of the shirt could be a little ripped. The shirt is white with the words "Devil Dog" written on it in black, with maybe one of thoise creepy smiley faces on it. His pants are grey-navy blue. They're tight fitting at the top, but get baggier as they go down. They're comfort pants, so they're probably a little worn-and-torn. No shoes! His clothing is still under construction. Therefore, you are welcome to be creative until I come up with something more solid... That'll probably involve a collar, chains, buckles, and what-have-you.
Hair: He has long, straight, sky-blue hair. It goes down right about to his butt. The very tips of his hair are curly and messy.
Eyes: His eyes are a slightly darker blue than his hair.
