We're over with we're through...
Though, I thought I'd be with you...
So much longer than we were...

I guess we just weren't meant to be...
I loved you with my heart and soul...
I thought I'd love you endlessly...
But that first kiss I stole...
Ended it...

I felt nothing in that kiss...
Why, if I love you so, would I feel nothing...?
I thought so much about this...
Thought about the answer as it flowed through my mind...
And concluded this; I didn't love you anymore...

I never felt a thing in that kiss, because I didn't love you anymore...
I guess I didn't realize this till it was to late...
I didn't want to stay with you, and live a lie...
So I let you go...

But even though I'd lost my feelings for you...
Even though I knew it was right to leave you...
I still couldn't stop a little part of me...
From dying inside when I said; 'We're through.'...
