There are sub bundles of Seeing, these sub bundles are 2 per character. However if you wish this to be the only Extra power all are unlocked and your character can have most of them. [Some may be locked due to over powering the character [Depending on set up, type of character, race and Crew decision], or temporarily locked for unlocking for story line purposes or by growth of characters power] ]
