= respond + able
~ able to respond
Responsibility
=respond + ability
~ ability to respond
Either way, simply to put it..
--> able to give feedback/respond whatever one do/did/done
so, when someone mention this, no matter good or bad response, that will be the answer to anything he/she do/did/done.
