My favorite bands[/artists] include: [and I'm sorry if these seems like a rather long list...] Seether, Three Days Grace, Evanescence, Evans Blue, Staind, Tool, 3 Doors Down, Billy Talent, It's Alive, A Perfect Circle, Theory of a Deadman, Buckcherry, Puddle of Mudd, and Poets of the Fall [there are more, I'm sure - I just can't think of them off the top of my head].
I'm really not much for T.V. anymore [there isn't much on anymore that I find tasteful], but there are a few series that I like: The Simpsons, The Tudors, Star Trek: Voyager, Family Guy, The Office, Futurama, and... I think that's it...?
Actually, if anything, I prefer movies. I don't consider myself a huge junkie for the cinema, but my DVD collection extends beyond what I can actually store >.>

I'm also interested in Japanese culture. Namely the manga/anime aspect. I just really like the art and stories. Most are so very unique.
I guess, since most anime start with a manga version first, I will list off my favorite graphic novel series': Tsubasa, Key to the Kingdom, Cresent Moon, Angel Sanctuary, Chrono Crusaade, After School Nightmare, InuYasha, Arata: The Legend, Visions of Escaflowne, and Demon Diary.
And the I guess my favorite anime include: Cowboy Bebop, Laputa: Castle in the Sky, Origin: Spirits of the Past, Howl's Moving Castle, Yu-Gi-Oh![and T.A.S.], Full Medal Alchemist, Spirited Away, Darker than Black, Naruto, Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad, Death Note, When They Cry, Visions of Escaflowne, Blood+, InuYasha, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, Nausicaa of the Vally of the Wind, and Claymore.
