Bio: She grew up in a very average middle class shinigami family, as soon as she was old enough she became a shinigami herself. Training and working hard she soon grew strong and specialized in close combat, joining the 11th squad, where she remains to this day.
Personality: loud and out going, she loves drinking whenever she can get or trick people into drinking with her. She is fiercely loyal to her friends and can be quite motherly to those younger then her when she gets attached.

Ability: a large area around her is engulfed in deep shadows, Mariana gets bladed wings as well as large black blades on her fingers, She can disolve freely into the shadows and attack from anywhere within them.
