Dream Wraith
she floated through golden flowing corn,
chasing glowing evening light.
passed under forests of evergreen smells,
never pausing to look back.
i called to her to wait for me,
she never showed a sign.
so i followed her till we reached that place,
the centre and peace of mind.
and when we found that clearing,
focused in a sunbeam:
her milky form swayed in a breeze,
and her whisper ran amock.
"i am she who knows your thought,
the one who speaks your mind."
the quiet words rung through my soul,
and in those words i knew her.
she was my dream,
unconsious form,
the one whose in my head.
she was a girl with a secret smile:
she was my true dream self.
