I've come to the conclusion that I fear having taken away his life from him. Yet at the same time, I can't help being glad I did. Every day that I wake up beside him is a good day. It's another day where I realize I haven't been dreaming for the past year. Every time I fall asleep I expect to wake up and him be back in his home town, miles and miles away, but he's here. He's beside me, he hogs the covers if not the bed, and I love it. Just because I know he's there. Next month, two years. It seems like only yesterday we started dating, and I'm so happy we did. We've only just begun our adventure together, and yet we're already engaged, and happy. Together for three years as friends, and two years in a relationship. My god, it's an adventure that I really can't wait to happen. I'm so excited to see what'll happen next in our life <3
