<center>Serendipity unlaces the string around her finger,
That I so solemnly seize,
Yet she lays me to sleep in a place far away,
My name a mere echo in the breeze
Living with the dire of what we lacked,
I seek a burdened orison,
In hopes to see a future where
I'm saved from under the horizon
We lead to please ourselves,
Earthly possessions encase us as we hide,
Lost in shadows of emptiness,
Drawing us to holes in out pride
Why then do we try so hard lie to ourselves,
If given a Panorama what would be seen?
We'd be left to fend a heart too heavy even for inept wings,
And a mouth gaping from the vivid images within the scene
Words of wisdom enter one and burst out the other,
Not because they aren't acknowledged or accepted,
They are too vain to stop,
But with the society today, what more is expected?
Nothing but self-indulged monomania,
Can remotely describe this grandeur kind,
Corruption or power and money give us little one hope,
A prayer that serendipity will keep that string twined</center>
