background: as the son of a powerful destroyer, shou was meant to follow in his father's footsteps and follow everyone's expectations of him because of his extraordinary powers. he was given to HEI when he was born and he killed his own father when he turned 10. since shou was given to HEI, he did not have his memories erased. shou eventually fell in love with jinra and promised to run away with her until he went and massacred an entire village and tried to kill jinra along with them. he pretended to be killed by her and runs off to join the high council.

personality: in the past, he was depicted as a kind, compassionate boy who, despite his bloody past cared for jinra when she was lonely and lost. however, there is a certain chill to his kindness and he never really talks about himself which makes him mysterious. when jinra later discovers that he is still alive, he confronts her with a smile cold enough to freeze fire and tells her that he doesn't care about her anymore. all he wants is power.

story: after leaving the organization, shou joins the high council and goes to the 22nd district to uncover some secrets. upon his arrival, he is attacked by a class B demon who copies his face and quickly runs away. shou waves it off as nothing, finishes his mission and returns to the imperial city. later on, jinra was sent to the 22nd district and fought the shape changing demon whom she mistook as shou. she later destroyed it and realized that it must have copied his form. but for that to happen, she understands that he must be alive somewhere. it is unknown to what shou is exactly doing as a part of the high council and whether or not things appear as they seem.
