The things is that the top and the cape don't want to layer properly. That bit of red there, near the bottom of the cape, that's part of the top and I think it would actually be in front of the cape(as seen in the second one)... but I still want the collar on top(like the first). I really don't know how it layers. Hopefully how I want it.
Uhmmm... also, any other options on the hair? I still want it to be grey.
And shoes, do I need any?
Does the skirt fit?
