Now only use four letter words, writing prose.

However, anything does not, in this case, go. I don't know what to write. I don't know what to think. I don't know how to react to the various situations that have been thrown at me.
There may be problems I'm not aware of. Problems I'm aware of may not actually exist. Things are there that I don't know how to handle.

I think I really just need to sit down and talk to you.
