About: Morana was born as the second daughter to a Houndoom (Shard♀) and Manectric (Valkist♂). Morana was very close to her older sister, Zosee the Electrike. Zosee was an explorer, but when Morana was only 6 months old one of Zosee's expeditions went wrong and no one has heard from her team ever again.

Saddened by the loss of her older sister, Morana became secluded and avoided contact with other Pokemon her age. Because of this, many of the other kids picked on her. Some even got violent.

Because of this, Morana grew up as an outcast, always terrified of others. She's always nervous, and afraid of the consequences of any action she makes. Constantly tense, she tries to break any conversation she somehow gets into. Preferring to be alone, Morana is not easy to get along with.

However, the few who have earned her trust finds her a very kind and caring individual. Because of everything she has gone through, she is understanding and forgiving.

Morana sometimes hates how cowardly she is, and memories of her brave older sister worsens it. Because of this, Morana had promised herself long ago that she will create her own Exploration Team and overcome her shortcomings...

One thing that she's found difficult is the fact many Pokemon at the guild are species of prey that she has grown up eating. She's sticking to apples and berries and the like for now, but it's hard to resist the natural urge for fresh meat.

Despite being one of the founders of Team Polaris, almost everyone treats her like a baby sister.

Appearance: Only about a foot and a half high at the shoulder. Her back ridges and "skull' are a light shade of pink. The rings around most houndour's front legs are missing for her. Usually wearing a leather collar with a pouch attached.

About: Incultyr is, um, well, pretty much the opposite of Morana. Hatched from an egg buried deep in the mountains, Incultyr had to dig himself out just after he was born. He spent most of his life on the mountain, eating away at the soil, driving other Pokemon off of his territory. He came in contact with pokemon civilization for the first time when an Exploration team ran into him.

Facing the three of them at once, he was beaten quickly. Ashamed, Incultyr redoubled his training and visited the Castle. There, he learned the Pokemon language and Footprint runes. He tagged along with a few Exploration teams, finding that he loved the thrill and challenge of exploring. And that is why he decided to start his own team.

Incultyr is ambitious. The most important thing to him is probably getting stronger and letting others know it. He says little (except within the team where he takes the leadership role), and is often brutally honest. Because of his upbringing (or lack of) he is extremely pragmatic and has little use for fairytale ideals.

Appearance: Average enough Larvitar. His skin colour is slightly more bluish than the average Larvitar. A scar runs down his right cheek onto his neck.

About: Altus was born and grew up at Warrior's Plateau. He lived amongst a group of Riolu whose territory spanned the edge of a canyon. He was happy there.

One day, an Eevee named Veritas stumbled upon the Riolus while searching for a flower that would cure her friend's sickness. Altus got to know her, though the other Riolu didn't like her.

She visited often, and the two became fast friends. Then one day, Veritas asked Altus to form an exploration team with her. He agreed, but the other Riolus didn't. They attacked Veritas, but Altus protected her and the two ran off.

The two then created Team Decaudia, who specialized in travelling through the wilds to take requests from Pokemon that lived too far from the palace to have their missions posted.

A year before Altus joined Team Polaris, he and Veritas were attacked and separated. He has been trying to find her for the entire year, but has caught no trace of her. Presuming her dead, he made the difficult decision to go back to the plateau.

He hired an exploration team to escort him through the plateau, and that was Team Polaris. After many battles, the team finally reached the canyon, where they were attacked by the Riolus. They made it clear that they did not welcome Altus back, and the team came back as fast as they could before the fighting got too serious.

Now teamless and homeless, Altus joined Team Polaris.

Altus is polite and well-mannered. He's very knowledgeable about the northern deserts, and enjoy talking about anything he has a good knowledge of. Altus is sociable and will try to strike up a conversation if he can.

While he tries not to show it, Altus has never gotten over losing Veritas. Altus had loved her dearly, and her disappearance has affected him deeply.

Altus has developed a sort of big-brotherly concern for Morana, and is always protective of her.

Appearance: Pretty normal. His blue is slightly green, and his "black' is lighter than most Riolus, making it look brown.

About: Chronicler grew up in a forest somewhere. Where there were lots of bird pokemon and bug pokemon and just about everything that liked to eat berries. So, more or less, all pokemon. And unfortunately, Cherubis are very delicious and sweet like berries. They were at the literal bottom of the food chain, since they produced most of their own food.

Despite this, the Cherubi loved writing stories. She managed to learn how to write by holding a pen in her teeth and by using her second head like a hand. She loved to just write and write and write. She occasionally sketched pictures to to go along with her stories.

She passed away her days through other artistic pursuits, including playing music with whatever instrument she can make and making intricate bracelets with strings of grass. Other interests of hers includes healing, humans, various games, and oddly enough, archery.

Finding that constantly trying not to get eaten wasn't very productive for any of her hobbies, the Cherubi dubbed herself "Chronicler" and headed to the Palace of the Sun, where she hopped aboard the first team she could- Team Polaris.

Appearance: Chronicler has purple instead of pink petals.

About: Crown was born to the King and Queen of the Monarch Kingdom in Mystic Woods. Crown grew up learning the responsibilities and expectations required of her for when she takes the throne.

After her father died recently (He got eaten by a Pidgeotto), her mother went into mourning and left the running of the Kingdom in the hands of her daughter for a while. It was during then that a Swellow passing through dropped an egg she was carrying, and it had been crown's idea to keep the Egg hostage so that the Swellow would not eat them.

Team Polaris came about a week later and stole the egg back for the Swellow. After that incident, the Queen sent Crown to the Kingdom of the Sun as an ambassador and to learn their ways (And learn how not to get eaten).

Crown is calm and quiet, observant of the world around her. She cares deeply for her people, and wishes the best for them. She is very cautious and diplomatic, hoping to solve things through diplomacy rather than violence.

Appearance: Crown has inherited the colourings and markings that runs through the Monarch family. His wings are predominately orange with a black edge and black lines, adorned with white spots. The colouring is very similar to that of a Monarch Butterfly in our world.

About: Ace had been destined for the Nursery when a Swellow dropped his egg in the Mystic forest. The Monarch Caterpie Kingdom had taken his egg as a hostage in hopes it would keep the Swellow from eating them.

His egg was rescued by Team Polaris, and the Swellow had given it to them. So he hatched for Team polaris.

When Team Polaris had taken him to the Hospital for a check-up, it was found that Acer lacked Chlorophyll, which allows normal Turtwigs to produce some of their own food. This is why he's a golden colour. Because of this, Acer eats a lot more than normal Turtwigs do.

Acer can finally start to string simple one or two word sentences together and understand basic language. He's very active and mischivious, though he tires quickly because of his condition.

Appearance: Yellowish turtwig.

About: Zosee was born to a Houndour, Shard, and a Manectric, Valkist. (The two of which had gotten to know each other by forming a team at the Sun Guild, Firestorm. After only a few months at the palace, the two moved back to Shard's pack, and there they stayed and maintained the team.) She grew up amongst her mother's houndour pack, always feeling slightly out of place. Shard's choice of a mate outside their species isn't too uncommon, but most of those who make the decision does not stay with the pack.

So Zosee and her father were the only non-houndour evolutionary lines in the entire pack. She dealt with it fine, though this always drove her to try and prove herself to the others. Zosee thus developed a very competitive and reckless personality in order to try and fit in.

When she was only two years old, her parents returned from an exploration of the nearby woods with an injured eevee in tow. Apparently he and his trainer had been attacked by a pack of Mightyena. This confused Zosee since Eevee was usually on the menu, but she brushed it off.

Zosee got to know this Eevee, "Erilyn", quite well over the next few years. Erilyn was accepted by the pack and became an older brother to Zosee. She especially enjoyed his stories about the human world, although he rarely mentioned his own trainer.

Several years later, the two of them decided to go explore a nearby icy mountain. When they finally reached the summit, Erilyn evolved and changed his name to "Zero". The both of them loved the thrill of exploration and the battles, and they agreed to create an exploration team, "Absolute Indignation".

Unaffiliated with any guilds, their team did little in terms of requests and missions, and more in terms of exploration and treasure hunting. Over the years, their team has gained a respectable reputation as strong fighters and excellent explorers.

Their team's profit most often comes from clients that need an escort through dangerous areas, or reconnaissance of unknown territory.

When Zosee was sixteen, her mother Shard had already evolved into a houndoom, and had a second daughter with Valkist. This time it was a houndour, and she was given a common name amongst the pack for girls: Morana.

Zosee took care of Anna as much as she could, and her little sister really looked up to her, but Zosee just couldn't spare enough time to be home often.

When Morana was only six months old, Team Absolute Indignation went to explore the large mountain range up in the north.

There, everything went wrong.

After passing Thunder Ridge and into the unknown mountains, hiking for nearly a month, the two of them were ambushed and attacked by a large group of Donphans. They managed to fight them off and flee. Only to run into a large clan of Geodudes and their evolutions. They fought those off only to stumble on an angry Combee hive.

By the time they managed to survive that encounter, they were sore, tired, and severely injured. Crawling into a small cave they managed to dig out under a large rock, the two of them huddled together for the night.

And there they stayed for many many months. Constantly fighting for their lives, it was hard to come across food, and their healing was slow. They stayed there for almost an entire year, adapting better and better to their surroundings.

It was only a full cycle of the seasons later that the two of them decided to try for the arduous month-long journey that would take them back to Thunder Ridge and back into safe, civilized lands.

And so they took this journey, and after two months of forced marching and many battles, they finally found themselves back at Thunder Ridge.

A Pikachu startled the two of them, and neither hesitated to kill the poor thing. And it was then that they noticed two little pichus, crying for their mother. Aw shoot.

Wracked with guilt and neither looking forward to meeting their family who has probably been mourning their deaths for more than a year, Zero and Zosee decided to stay at Thunder Ridge and protect the two little pichus until they were old enough to take care of themselves.

When one of the two pichus evolved into a pikachu, Team Absolute Indignation knew that their job was done. And only days later, Zosee spotted an exploration team going through Thunder Ridge, one of them a houndour that looked suspiciously like her little sister...

Appearance: More or less an average electrike, although the pink-tinges bone ridges on her back are from her Houndoom mother. She wears silver bangles on her left back leg.

About: Erilyn's egg was hatched by a young human trainer. His egg had been given to the young girl as her starter, and she loved the Eevee whom she had named "Erilyn". He never really did like the name, but he got along well with the girl. She lived in a large building owned by a human professor. Today, this building is abandoned and is known as "Starter Villa".

He trained with her for many years, watching as she grew up. Their team never grew, and the two spent almost all their attentions on each other. When he was about five years old, and she fifteen, the two were attacked in the forest by a group of Mightyena.

Erilyn tried to protect his trainer, but he was seriously wounded and could do nothing to stop them as the dark types killed his trainer. The image of her dead body and the Mightyena pack eating it still haunts his nightmares today.

He would have been next, if not for a rescue team that was passing by. Team Firestorm, consisting of a Houndour named Shard and a Manectric named Valkist, stumbled upon the scene. They chased the Mightyena off in horror of the sight before them.

They took Erilyn back to their Houndour pack, and the two of them nursed the Eevee back to health and raised him like a son. He got to know their daughter, Zosee, who was two at the time. Zosee and Erilyn became fast friends.

One day, several years later, the two of them went to explore the nearby mountain during winter without telling Shard or Valkist. The two of them made their way up the icy mountainside, the thrill of exploring somewhere they haven't gone before drove them on.

They had difficult fights, but in the end, they reached the summit. And there, Erilyn felt exhilaration and happiness he has never had before. And it translated into him evolving into a Glaceon.

At that moment, he decided to try and let go of his past. After they returned from their adventure and after they were scolded by their parents for running off, Erilyn requested from that moment on that he be called "Zero".

It was then that Zero and Zosee decided to follow their parent's footsteps and created their own exploration team, "Absolute indignation".

Zero is a calm and relaxed individual. He's a fun guy, and isn't hesitant to take a risk in the name of fun. He lives for the thrills of life, although this might not show in his personality.

While he might sound uncaring and possibly even callous at times, Zero is very empathetic, but he always fears that revealing this will give away too much of himself. He's especially cautious about his past and his trainer, and asks those who know to keep it quiet.

Zosee has an understandable hatred Mightyenas and their pre-evolution.

Appearance: Slightly lighter than the average Glaceon. He has a small gold earring and a gold bracelet around his tail. An Icy Collar adorns his neck.

About: Crescendo's egg was found buried in the frigid sea by a Sealeo and his cousin Dewgong. The two of them were rather confused as to what it was, and neither of them wanted a baby to take care of.

So they ventured through the Frigid Sea in hopes of perhaps finding someone who could take the egg in. that was when they discovered a cave system, and upon exploring the unstable thing, caused the tunnel to collapse. The Dewgong managed to escape, and immediately asked a rescue Mission to help save his cousin.

Team Polaris took the mission after after fighting off several angry Gyaradoses, brought Sealeo back. The two of them left the team with a bag of rewards, which included the egg. They decided to simply leave it with the team, as many orphaned eggs were hatched and brought up in the guild.

The team agreed to keep the egg, despite Incultyr's protests. It hatched several days later to reveal a rather ugly-looking fish. Since it was a fish and needed water, Atra agreed to take care of it, and somehow got an entire aquarium set up in his room for it. He was the one who named him.

About a week later, Atra decided that since Cress was being pretty useless, to drag him to the Crystal chamber and evolve. He got more than he bargained for, seeing as how Milotics are huge...

Crescendo is very calm, and his evolution seems to be allowing him to develop at a must quicker pace than Acer. He understands simple language and commands, and seems to hold an extraordinary mastery over his abilities. Like most Milotics though, he dislikes violence and always tries to break it up.

Appearance: Milotic with a light-purple tail and ear-fins, and a few blue scales, eyes, and eyebrow-things.
