Okay, so I've been doing a few of these plothole entries, and I watched Meet the Robinsons this morning before watching The Road to El Dorado. I've seen Meet the Robinsons more times, so I've noticed more things about it. Thus, it's time for a Meet the Robinsons plothole!
Let's start with a basic outline of the plot, shall we?
The Bowler Hat Guy stole the second time machine out of the Robinson's garage because Wilbur didn't lock the door. Wilbur decides that to fix this problem, he should go back in time 20 years or so to follow the Bowler Hat Guy in his quest to find 12-year-old Lewis, assuming he'll be able to catch the Bowler Hat Guy and retrieve the time machine.
My question: Why didn't Wilbur just get into the first time machine and go back five minutes to lock the garage door, thus stopping the Bowler Hat guy from stealing the other time machine in the first place?
However, you could try to debate this by saying, "Oh, but the Bowler Hat Guy has a time machine too, and he can just go back in time to keep Wilbur from unlocking the door." BUT! Wilbur already locked the door, thus the Bowler Hat Guy has no time machine, and thus he can't go back in time after all.
Well... that was complicated. Aren't paradoxes fun?

I hate it when characters have the ability to get out of a situation easily (such as with powers or something) yet they don't do it! Sometimes the writers bother to put in some slap-stick reason that's just a laxy excuse to keep the action going...
Anyway, you seem to be quite good at finding these plotholes~
