Suddenly the water disperse as quickly as it came and she lay on the ground not a bit of water tracable on her, He (yes he the one who appears to be the cause of this event) walks out from a shadow he was hiding in watching this all.] hmmm... well... that should do it [grunts as he picks her up and then closing his eyes and wispering a rather simple mantra creates a small stream that then turns to ice and his wooden sandal instantly catch on the ice and he is on the move...] there [he says setting her down her hands tied lightly behind her back] [they are in a completely different place in the background there is a stravagent waterfall]

Hometown/origins - he was born in the brillient grasslands of Shasa, but at the age of 10 his parents were brutaly murdered in there own home from there he went to live with his uncle and recent trainer/master with whom he learned to manipulate the elements of water and ice right before the day of his uncles death he told the Leon "remember this always water and ice are both mostly defencive element, so if you remember anything its this 'A good offence, is an even Better defence'" leon is now a mere traveler trying to get by and his adventure continues from there
