~Thanksgiving was pretty good this year considering all the travel. We drove 1.5 hrs to my grandma's and had dinner and dessert. Then we went all the way back home to drop off dad cause he didn't wanna go see my mom's uncle. After that 5 minute pitstop we were back on the road for 2 more hours. It drove me bonkers cause my mom kept playing the same three christian songs over and over again. I fianlly took it out a popped in the Freaky Friday soundtrack. We jammed for the last 30 minutes of the ride. At my great uncle's house there was this great party. My uncle Ricky was DJ-ing so naturally the house was rockin'. We left a bit later than we though we would and didn't get home til' 1:30am. It was great. I don't know if I woulda had this much fun without my new family. They rock! Thank you Lord heart .
