y'know, once upon a time, I didn't care.
I looked around and laughed at all the kids that claimed they'd found love.
and I mean laughed. laughed at their infantile ways.
laughed at their suicidal tendencies.
laughed at how happy they thought they were.
and I didn't feel a drop of pity when they had their little hearts dropped on the cold ceramic floor, watching as they shattered into a million ruby red pieces, like stained glass instead of invulnerable diamond.
friends, acquaintances, strangers... they were all put filed under the came category when it came to this.
I thought I was the only clear-headed one.
and then he walked in.
that's all I'll say.
